the idea of eating 5 times a day is not good because people always naughty up these snacks or make to much as far as portions. so you end up doing harm rather than good. try eating nothing for a week. i felt better than ive ever felt efter a week of fasting on fressh fruit and water. and not to much fresh fruit. just 3 portions a day. i was light, sharp and felt like a million bucks
