These burgers are very easy to make, unlike some of the more complex veggie burgers. I like to lighten up the potatoes with grated carrot and kale, also adding nutrients to this healthy vegan recipe. A bit of sea vegetable adds loads of minerals, including iodine which is crucial to the function of the thyroid gland.
