    I throw them out when I’m trying to get leaner. haha. Or sometimes give them to my doggies.

    The spinach has lots of anti-oxidants, which alot of times we don’t get enough of, and they do give us superhuman strength. Popeye was right… spinach is good for us and makes us strong. :) Eat up… spinach and egg whites and ketchup! :D

    What did you do with the yolks? They are soooo good! You aren’t going to get much protein out of the spinach, you know. Then again, spinach did give Popeye superhuman strength for a couple of minutes after he ate it, so maybe you get the same effect.
