    cheap and …
cheap and healthy-vegetable pot pie…bag of frozen vegetables of your choice,a little seasoning of your choice and 1-2 cans of cream of mushroom or some type of cream soup of choice,2 c flour and 1c milk….throw the vegetables in a baking dish pour soup over vegetables and mix together flour and milk and spoon over the vegetables and soup …bake for 30 min or until crust is golden brown…6 servings and vegetables and soup together are about $3 if you keep flour and milk at home

I make a fruit salad that is cheap. I take 3 bananas, 1 peach and a hand full of strawberries. I cut them up into bite size pieces and stir them together in a big bowl. The juices from the 3 fruits mix and make a nice sauce in the salad and now you are ready to eat!!
