What is a good healthy meal for all these times of these days?

PS. Im trying to loose weight
BREAKFAST
fresh fruit with low-fat yoghurt and a bit of muesli spinkled on top, a glass of fresh orange juice or milk.
LUNCH
2 slices of wholegrain bread with lettuce, tomato, grated carrot and low-fat cottage cheese, an apple, water.
DINNER
grilled chicken breast or fish with a salad or vegetables.
DESSERT
low-fat frozen yoghurt with sliced fruit on top.
