she eats just about anything.. and she can eat meat now.
What I’ve done for my 1 year old is get tiny noodles (alphabet pasta is usually good), cook it until it’s really soft, strain it, add a little bit of pasta sauce (nothing with too much onion or mushroom or anything obviously) and some meat. Meat options might be kielbasa sausage or even the Gerber Graduates turkey/chicken meat sticks that come in jars in the baby food aisle (that’s what we use). Then I just put this in little bowls or glass jars and send it to daycare with our girl- she loves it. It was hard at first when she couldn’t eat meat but this is a good lunch or dinner time meal. Add overcooked (to be soft) baby carrots too. Just watch her when she’s eating it…or better yet chop it up. Scooping banana right out of the banana peel works great for my girl too- she loves it (only do half though, a whole will be too much). Good luck- I can’t wait to see the responses as I need some new ideas too!
