Your advice Stvna8040 is well taken, but it’s critical to know, for instance, that Eye-of-Round is the LEANEST beef cut available. One can learn this kind of info from The Beef Council website and others. My point is, beef is good advice, but 16 oz of EoR steak is more protein and less fat than 16 oz ground beef, chuck roast, etc. Thanks for sharing your advice, this is how we work as a community to help each other.
