Just that I am trying to lose weight and I am looking for tips on meals that are actually healthy.
Usually I would have either a pot noodle or a microwave meal so I don’t really know much about healthy meals.
I was wondering if half a can of tuna a a round of bread is healthy & please could you give me some more tips on healthy meals I could make?

Tuna is very good for you, although you would be better with brown bread instead of white.
I often make myself tuna pasta – with red onion and cheese.
Jacket potatoes are also quite filling and very good for you.
Oooh i had tuna for lunch. I used the whole can of tuna with 2 pieces of bread and mustard and it was only 180 calories. You should look in the bread isle at the store, theres bread i foudn thats only 40 calories a slice!
Yes, its a good meal. If its tuna in water its only 100 calories for the whole can so why not eat it all up? lol

White bread isn’t brilliant but tuna is. try wholewheat pitta instead of the bread.

sly stallone mr rambo himself.. at tuna… for a long time.. cut his body fat to %3 but.. he said.. he dosnt recommend that.. check out his book.. ”sly moves” where he tells u how to burn fat build mass… he knows… hes like 66 or something and still has a body fat of 10% or less.. and has his own supplement company in the source below

The tuna is good but replace the white bread with brown or granary bread….or evenbetter, with brown pasta or rice…add some vegetables or salad and that’s healthy. White bread is no good.

Tuna is great as long as it is in brine not sunflower and you do not add anything to it. Wholemeal bread is better not white or even wholmeal crackers also a good old salad with tuna is nice or a baked potatoe but no butter on them potatoes.
try for white meats like fish and chicken more healthy if you want quick and simple no fuss but healthy the Youngs fish advertised on television is great. You place a piece of the frozen fish in tin foil with a very small amount of oil bake for twenty mins in oven and it is not only tasty but healthy and quick to have with rice. You get four or five bits of fish so you can have a few meals out of it.
Good luck by the way and do not forget to excerise good old walking is cheaper fun and easier to fit in the day.
