    the only good oil …
    the only good oil is the extra virgin (unless you want to fry-even in this case it burns at a higher temperature than the others-but there are lighter oils if you want to fry), so frying veggies isn’t the healthiest way to mix the flavors.a good way to destroy your pan though if you want to use a metal pinch to mix your veggies.
