    Hey Ya’ll, I made this vid to answer one of my most asked questions, How do I know what to eat, or How do I make my meal plan. Well this is the best way to answer. I love the new way I found to stay on track and to count my calorie intake. A very inexpensive (cheap) way to get healthy and not put a big hole in my pocket. I hope this helps.
