You are so right about the diet part! I find that when I concentrate on foods that help reduce body fat my body changes very quickly and I have more energy to go harder with my workouts. Good video. ~Monica~

That’s so tru, ur diet is gonna be atleast 80% of ur program. Not jus that but that’s the part my ppl hav a problem with including myself. Plannin meals jus seems to really wk for me. Gotta hav a plan, awesome vid girl with alot of good advive.
