I am on the verge of becoming diabetic. i want foods that are healthy but don’t seem that way.
french onion soup, peanut butter on a slice of wheat bread, fresh fruit, salads with yogurt dressings or raw veggies with yogurt dip, frozen mixed fruit with light whipped cream for dessert, homade burritos with beans for the meat, skinless chicken strips from the grill as a snack, always have frozen veggies and fruit ready to go, plan ahead and try to stay away from white starchy foods, like corn and white potatoes, choose sweet potatoes and green veggies.

Zucchini! Oh man that stuff is tastey.
Could also go with faux meats. My brother turned vegetarian but eats all sorts of fake meats. I tried em and they tasted alright. Not as good as the real thing but if health is your concern, give it a try and see how you like it.

there is a fillipio dish that my girlfriend ALWAYS makes for me, its called Pancit. Its fried noodles and you can add all the vegtables and meat you want delicous!
