    A. Thai
    B. Vietnamese
    C. Indian
    The rest are not so great for you. And those ratings only apply for AUTHENTIC foods. The fast food restaurants obviously don’t apply.

    hm..from my experience, I’d say..

    Indian = A
    Mexican = D
    Chinese = B
    Italian = C
    Vietnamese = B
    Thai = A
    Japanese = A

    But I could have different answers from others. That’s just my experience with the food I’ve been given for each ethnicity.

    I have to agree that any cuisine can be healthy depending on the dishes you choose and how it’s prepared.
    That said, traditionally prepared Japanese, Vietmamese & Thai food would be the healthiest.

    Italian is very healthy if you don’t stick to Pizzas,Lasagna,Spaghetti carbonara etc. They are yummy but…
    Thai and Japanese are usually very light kitchens.
    Indian very tasty but rather on the oily/fat side the same for many Chinese/Mexican dishes.

    1. Your answer is not correct, because healthy food doesn’t mean high protein and low fat but regained one.
    2. It wouldn’t be right to classify these cuisines according to protein content and fat content cuz content of protein and fat depends on every dish in each cuisine. We can find a ‘vegetarian’ dish (means with low content protein) in Chinese cuisine (for example bamboo dish) in spite of the fact that a lot of dishes with meat are used in Chinese cuisine and it knows as one of the tastiest cuisines because many and different kinds of meat is used in the one.
    3.But If you so much) want to classify these cuisines according to protein content and fat content, then :

    Low fat:
    Japanese and Indian
    High protein:
    Chinese

    They are all healthy depending on what you order, but Indian, Vietnamese, Japanese, Thai, Italian, Chinese, Mexican is a rough guess. Some Chinese has more fat than KFC.
