to other coeliacs out there , are u sick of healthy diets always telling u to eat lots of wheat and wholegra?

in and cereals when u can’t eat them?

I can’t quite understand your question, as a Coeliac myself wheat and wholegrain products contain Gluten, therefore you should avoid them, there are plenty of gluten free products out there including Bread and Buns and Pasta, obviously avoid McDonalds and fast food places but if you go to a restaurant all you need is to ask for the chef to use stock instead of gravy, I know its difficult being a coeliac but stick with it, It has been known for it to gradually reverse itself and you can in moderation gradually start to eat normally again and eat those lovely cakes you have been keeping clear of it may take quite a few years 5/10 but I stuck rigidly to the Gluten free diet and now can almost eat anything again so there is hope.
By the way you can eat cereals such as Cornflakes and Rice krispies.

Coeliac is a life long condition. You have to avoid certain foods. I know there are plenty of gluten free products out there but they are so expensive. Your body is sensitive to certain products which must be avoided. For more information I have included a link.
