after religion and …
after religion and politics i think what is considered healthy for you is one of the most argued topics
do YOU want …
do YOU want UNLIMITED VITALITY once and for all ? this is for real , no jokes , start now while you still have the opportunity ,before its too late , go to w w w . vitalityunlimited . stemtechbiz . com for more info .
Also my apologies …
Also my apologies for my rudeness and hubris. I just tend to lose it when people perpetuate the lies fabricated by drug companies.
Perhaps you should …
Perhaps you should take some logic classes on the side. There are no fats save trans fat that are in and of themselves unhealthy. Amount, ratio and balance have everything to do with it.
I will not tell people to avoid carbohydrates because I understand the principles of moderation and balance. Too many carbohydrates, too much of certain kinds of fats, and processing and adulteration like those in cheese and peanut butter are what are unhealthy.
becomes oxidized*
becomes oxidized*
Because oxidzed.
…
Because oxidzed.
And pasteurized dairy, even with added probiotics is terrible for you. There is no possible way to redeem dairy once it has been processed.
Oh, by the way, …
Oh, by the way, Saturated fat does not cause heart disease. This is a common misconception borne of a flawed 1960s study and perpetuated by the ignorant and the mendacious. Do your research and stop perpetuation antiquated drivel. We have learned a lot in the last decade and the only people who still maintain that saturated fat is the least bit unhealthy are drug companies, vegan liars and the ignorant. Heart disease and plaque build up requires inflammation of the arteries and cholesterol to.
Saturated fat has …
Saturated fat has nothing to do with it. Please spare me your straw man fallacy. We’re talking about omega 6 fatty acids and the massive amounts of it in peanuts. While it is true that it is needed by the body, in the amounts present in peanuts it is very unhealthy. Peanut butter is the worst because the omega 6 will actually become rancid.
I’m a senior …
I’m a senior studying exercise science on a pre med track with a concentration in athletic performance. its people like you causing disordered eating in people with the your spewing. next you’ll be telling people to avoid carbohydrates. causing syncope, migraines, atrophy, polyphagia…
you need to educate …
you need to educate yourself. and realize that it is saturated fats that cause plaque build up in the arteries. you need unsaturated fats to make hormones and steroids. and yes there are subclasses based on the number of hydrogen bonds in the fatty acid chain. and dairy is good to have because it comes fortified with vit D which you need to absorb calcium. Low fat dairy is not bad for your digestive tract, yogurt contains probiotic bacteria that regulates digestion. I’m not leaving out anything
I bet you also …
I bet you also think that the milk you buy at the store is healthy. Give me a break. Educate thyself.
You can get protein …
You can get protein and calcium from other sources that aren’t so terrible for you. Simply having nutrients does not make something a healthy choice if it also has properties that are very unhealthy.
…is comprised of …
…is comprised of different types of unsaturated fats. There is monounsaturated, , omega 3 fatty acid, omega 6 fatty acids, and omega 9. All of these fats are “healthy” in certain proportions to the others but become very unhealthy when the ratios are uneven. The average person consumes way too much omega 6 fatty acid and way too little omega 3. Peanut butter contains massive amounts of omega 6 and no omega 3.
Cheese is made from pasteurized milk and wreaks havoc on the digestive system.
Oh god what’s with …
Oh god what’s with this stupid fallacy of composition that all intellectually impoverished fools seem to commit? You cite things that are (supposedly) “healthy” as your case for peanut butter and cheese but you completely ignore all of the negative aspects. By this logic, a big mac contains lots of protein, lots of nutrients, etc, therefore it is healthy. There is a lot more to it than picking out the bits you like the bits you don’t.
Firstly, “unsaturated fat” is a category of fats that…
peanut butter …
peanut butter contains 13 g of protein per serving, and the fats are unsaturated which is good for you. cheese contains calcium which you need for bone calcification in order to prevent osteopenia and stress fractures while exercising. you also need calcium for a muscle contraction to occur. so yes both are very good for you.

If you’re one of …
If you’re one of these people that grab a chocolate bar or a pack of chips, then this lady is focusing on you and there’s nothing wrong with those snacks as long as you keep them to the right proportion. A tablespoon of peanut butter as a snack is fine, just don’t eat the whole jar!have only a handful of nuts/dried fruits, not the whole packet!
Some people need to learn portion control.these are ‘snacks’ not your main meal, just to stop you grabbing that sugar rush because you’re sooo hungry.
wtf are you talking …
wtf are you talking about LOW FAT!!! omg this lady is nuts…. the majority of that stuff is high fat! …. your mom dropped you on your head.
