the best diet is the one that you already do, the only thing you need to do is cut some calories here and there like cut out some sodas, replace them with water/fast food junk food out of your day and you’ll see the pounds come off over time and youll actually be able to stick with the diet.

Everyone I know who gives South Beach a solid chance, is able to stick w/it long term, and has results.
Once you get into that diet’s groove, it barely feels like a diet. Just develops some good habits.

You can check out the Atkins diet – get a copy of his book used from Amazon – "New Diet Revolution". Many many people who had high blood pressure and high cholesterol numbers have seen their scores normalize. It also allows you to lose weight if you’re overweight – it’s explained how this works in the book.
I’ve done this for years – it’s a great diet. Everybody thinks you have to eat meat all the time, but there’s a lot of salad vegetables on this diet too.
