			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m 18 200 pounds I eat fast food everyday I want to stop that and eat healthy but I&#8217;m worried that if I do I won&#8217;t get that full feeling I get from eating fast food. And then I will keep eating unhealthy.<br />
<br />you can get full from other things than fast food, pasta for example. Something I make a lot at home is whole wheat pasta with veggies with lemon and a little bit of olive oil, my boyfriend and I like it a lot and it is healthy and filling. Also make sure you have healthy foods at home (veggies, fruits, soybeans, almonds, etc) so when you feel like a snack you dont go out and get fast food. Oatmeal is another healthy food that fills you up. </p>
<p>In general try to eat slower and pay attention to when your body is saying &quot;I&#8217;m full!&quot; and remember you don&#8217;t have to be stuffed to the max. Hope this helps!</p>

I WANT to like healthy food but there&#8217;s just something about most of it. (Texture maybe?) So how on Earth can I convince my body and taste buds to like the food??<br />

I drink water mainly.<br />
<br />I wouldn&#8217;t worry about training your body to like healthy food. Just keep yourself motivated. I can&#8217;t stand the texture of vegetables  they make me want to puke but in order to stay healthy I choke them down anyways. You say you wanna lose weight? Instead of doing long boring cardio (hour of running) do a short HARD workout. To keep fat off myself I head to the park 3 days a week after my workout and sprint 30 seconds walk a minute sprint 30 seconds walk a minute, etc. until I&#8217;m at 20 minutes. That alone burns 4 times more fat than that hour long jog and speeds up metabolism for 24 hours. Other tips are to lift weights and gain muscle mass as it also aids in losing fat, get yourself on a meal plan (I use scott herman&#8217;s meal plan which I will include in sources), drink plenty of water each day and don&#8217;t look in the mirror too often. Appearances aren&#8217;t always accurate <img src='http://www.happyhealthydiners.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
