		<description>Well the days leading up to it make sure you eat very healthy and maybe restcrict your calorie intake by 400 calories the 3 days leading up to it (like if u normally eat 2000 calories a day eat only 1600 calories). they day that you go out eat the follow:
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, half grapefruit
Lunch: garden salad w/ olive oil and red wine vinegar, sea salt, 4 slices of grilled chicken breast
Snack: green apple, 10 pretzel sticks
Dinner: 4oz tofu, mixed vegetables (broccoli, corn, peppers, onions and diced tomatoes), 1 cup of brown rice-Stir Fry
Dessert: 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
TOTAL: 1,000 Calories
Night Out Drinking: Eat Some Nuts at the Bar Plus only have between 4-5 drinks...
And then when you get home eat: bowl cereal, 2% milk, banana
