I workout at 4:00 a.m. every morning and don’t get home from work until 6:30 p.m. Can anyone help me figure out a good and healthy meal plan that will keep me going all day?
Can you give a little more information.
How much time do you have for cooking?
Do you eat out? Take a lunch to work?
I’ll assume you are busy and have modest cooking skills.
Try baked beans for breakfast. There are several great varieties in a can or you could use your own recipe in a crockpot. This is an old tradition for busy Saturdays. Beans really stick to your ribs as the saying goes.
breakfast
Baked beans
orange slices or cantalope or grapefruit or banana
Morning snack
crunchy apple and or carrot
Take your Lunch?
Peanut butter and jelly on whole wheat bread.
can of V8 try the low sodium .
rasins or dried cranberries
Option 2 Grilled cheese on whole wheat.
V8
dried apples or apricots.
If you eat out limit fried foods.
Afternoon snack. Graham crackers and a glass of milk.
or Nuts and fruit
Dinner
Baked potato white or sweet easy on fat
(or Brown Rice )
choice of fish, chicken, most days
(Once a week lean beef. Once a week lean pork. )
Method of prepartion is very important. Baking, poaching, roasting and stewing are all much healthier than frying.
2 Serving of steamed vegetables …. your favorites
Large tossed salad with lots of bell peppers, red and green .
Add onion and cucumber and of course tomato
Spaghetti and Pizza with the trimmings are options 2 or three times a month.
These are just ideas to get you started. Check out my source for more information than you ever wanted on healthy foods.

How many calories are in a healthy meal?
Depends on what the healthy meal consists of. Food can have alot of calories and still be healthy. It can also be low in calories and be healthy. I would say 350 is decent. It also depends on how amny meals a day your eating. if your doing 6 meals a day then you might want smaller amounts of calories at each meal. if your doing 3 meals a day you want larger. Women should eat no less than 1200 a day and men well i guess 1500 -2000

She will eat all veggies and fruits. look for meal n snack ideas thats easy and healthy that she will eat. Sometimes i don’t have a lot of time to make a big meal. Thanks
she eats just about anything.. and she can eat meat now.
What I’ve done for my 1 year old is get tiny noodles (alphabet pasta is usually good), cook it until it’s really soft, strain it, add a little bit of pasta sauce (nothing with too much onion or mushroom or anything obviously) and some meat. Meat options might be kielbasa sausage or even the Gerber Graduates turkey/chicken meat sticks that come in jars in the baby food aisle (that’s what we use). Then I just put this in little bowls or glass jars and send it to daycare with our girl- she loves it. It was hard at first when she couldn’t eat meat but this is a good lunch or dinner time meal. Add overcooked (to be soft) baby carrots too. Just watch her when she’s eating it…or better yet chop it up. Scooping banana right out of the banana peel works great for my girl too- she loves it (only do half though, a whole will be too much). Good luck- I can’t wait to see the responses as I need some new ideas too!

I almost got into a car accident while filming this next video for you!
But that wont stop me from taking you on a trip to the grocery store and showing you how to use your meal plan to shop for rapid fat loss.
You probably already do grocery shopping with some regularity and you probably have a rough idea of what youre going to buy each week.
* But how can you be sure if youre buying the right amount of foods to lose weight and still enjoy eating?
* How you can be sure youre not over spending and buying over priced name brands?
* How can you ensure you get in and out without sabotaging your waist line and compromise your health the next week?
Its really important that you watch this fun and educating video. Itll take about 12-minutes to watch but will save you over 12-minutes every time you go to the grocery store and keep at least 12 pounds of fat off your love handles.

I have 50 to spend on food for two people this month. Do you have any cheap but healthy meal ideas for us. Money is really tight right now and this is all I have for food. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Like you am on a budget at the moment, Pasta and Potatoes are my top tip, you can add just about anything to them… pasta, ricotta & spinach; pasta and tomato’s; jacket potato and beans/salad/cheese.
Stock up on frozen veg, you an create stir frys, stews, and sides easily with them for very little cost, just add some of your favorite spices. Try going veggie for the month, you would be amazed at how much money you can save. I did that last month and am actually tempted to keep it up. Meat substitutes are loads cheaper and eating all those veggies must be doing some good.
I’m doing a project on healthy meal-making. I’ve already got the appetizers ( Caesar salad, garden soup and bruschetta bread) and now I need four parts for the main course (eg. chicken strips, corn, carrots etc).
I was thinking of an Italian meal, so any healthy ideas would be very appreciated!!
Thanks!
Yeah, sorry, I mean four parts to the main course!
four courses, or four parts to the main course? coz both are completely different….
if you mean four parts to the main course…
try grilled chicken breasts with italian seasoning and mushroom sauce…..serve it with wild rice and stir fried veggies…all healthy and quick….
you could also try seared salmon with italian dressing, serve it with hot cilantro sauce and buttered noodles…
or scallops with a side of greens….
four courses on the other hand would mean any of the 4 courses out of 7 in a meal….
