			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have Oral Allergy Symptom (OAS) so when I eat fruits and veggies, they burn my tongue and mouth.  Are there any kind of shots or anything I can get so I would be able to eat them?  I know that cooking them or microwaving them makes them edible, but from what I read, that kills all the healthy things in them as well.<br />
<br />Actually, cooking vegetables in the microwave is more healthy than boiling them on the stove.  When vegetables are boiled, a lot of the nutrients go into the water.  When you cook them in the microwave, the nutrients stay inside the food.  I also used to have oral allergy syndrome.  I could not eat most raw fruits or vegetables.  Even getting the juice on my skin made me break out in a rash.  I went to an allergist and had desensitization shots for my pollen allergies.  After being on the shots for five years, my allergy to raw fruits and vegetables went away.  Now I can actually eat a salad and even watermelon.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I want to lose weight but i&#8217;m completely lacking motivation to eat healthy. The past week i&#8217;ve failed miserably, pigging out on junk food every single day, and now i feel enormous. I really need some inspiriation or motivating things to help me get on track to eating healthy&#8230;help?<br />
<br />What helps me is that I keep a Journal of what I eat and of my exercise schedule, also im taking pictures every 2 weeks to see my progress. I know this sounds really silly, but honestly I&#8217;ve been keeping up with my diet and work outs for a month now! Also, you dont have to write in the journal everyday, but I write in it if i feel like i might be slipping into eating more junk food or if i feel like i had an awesome week or a great workout. Just expressing how hard it is to keep on the diet and write about how you feel after a few days or a week of your changed diet will help. Like certain foods and recipes you liked/didn&#8217;t like and all that stuff, as well as work outs. For more motivation, i keep a pair of jeans that i&#8217;d love to fit back into, and anytime i think about sneaking some oreos, i look at the jeans and think &quot;if i dont eat this, i could be back in those jeans by christmas!!&quot; again this sounds silly, but its helping me, so far ive lost 6lbs and i&#8217;ve been maintaining that weight so far!! 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have a little problem. Well, actually a pretty big one. To be healthy you should eat 3-6 pieces of fruit and vegetables. But I just can&#8217;t eat it that way without nearly vomiting. I do however like soup and orange juice and everything which contains no pieces. Problem is, I only eat soup once or twice a week and orange juice can&#8217;t replace my daily need. </p>
<p>What can I do to eat more healthy? Does frozen soup contain all the vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that fresh soup does? That might be a solution.<br />
<br />How about eating/drinking things like orange juice and soup and working your way up to fruits and veggies.  You&#8217;re probably just not used to eating them!</p>
